The Vale of Llangollen Canal Boat Trust is a registered charity providing accessible canal boat experiences for disabled and disadvantaged people, their families, carers, support organisations, and other community groups.

Our vessel, Lady Winifred, is operated by trained volunteers.

Submitting a booking request through the website does not constitute a confirmed booking.

All requests are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Review by the Trust
  • Operational requirements
  • Weather and navigation conditions
  • Safety considerations

A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by the Trust.

3.2 Suggested Donations

3.3 Priority of Bookings

The Trust reserves the right to prioritise bookings from disabled users and organisations supporting disabled or disadvantaged individuals in accordance with its charitable objectives.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

The person making a booking is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Ensuring all passengers comply with these terms

Passengers must:

  • Follow crew instructions immediately
  • Remain seated when instructed
